At Pretty Posh Gawd, each piece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our items are handmade and produced in small batches, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness, quality, and transparency.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bracelets and accessories
  • Limited edition or small-batch items
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Custom items are made specifically for you and are final sale and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to assist.

To be eligible for review:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Approved cases may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Pretty Posh Gawd, you agree to this Returns Policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to submit documentation—including order confirmation, tracking details, and policy agreement—to the payment processor in response to any dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases
  • Cancellation of pending orders

We are always happy to assist when contacted directly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Responsibility

Pretty Posh Gawd is not responsible for:

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout
