General Care (All Products)

  • Handle items gently to avoid unnecessary stress or pulling. Store products in a dry, cool place when not in use. 
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture, or extreme heat unless otherwise stated.
  • Remove items before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Keep away from perfumes, lotions, oils, hairspray, and harsh chemicals.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.

Waist Beads Care

  • Waist beads are designed for beauty, intention, and everyday wear, but gentle care is essential.
  • Avoid excessive tugging or stretching.
  • If your waist beads are not waterproof, remove them before bathing or swimming.
  • Store unused waist beads flat or loosely coiled to prevent tangling.
  • If you notice loosening or wear, discontinue use to avoid breakage.

Bracelets & Jewelry Care

  • Remove jewelry before washing hands, bathing, or applying products.
  • Avoid bending, twisting, or overstretching bracelets.
  • Store separately to prevent scratching or tangling.
  • Natural stones, glass, and specialty beads may vary slightly in color and texture—this is part of their uniqueness.

Stretch Bracelet Care

We use premium, high-quality stretch cord in all stretch bracelets; however, proper care is essential, as elastic can weaken if overstretched or exposed to water and chemicals.

  • Stretch bracelets should be rolled on and off the wrist—do not pull or snap them on.
  • Avoid overstretching, twisting, or tugging.
  • Remove before sleeping, bathing, swimming, or exercising.
  • Keep away from water, lotions, oils, and perfumes to protect the elastic.
  • Store flat or laid gently when not in use.
  • Over time, elastic may naturally wear; proper care helps extend its lifespan.

Keychains, Charms & Accessories

  • Keychains and charms are decorative accessories and should not be used as heavy-duty tools.
  • Avoid pulling, swinging, or placing excessive weight on keychains.
  • Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratching or damage.
  • Resin, acrylic, and embellished charms should be wiped gently—do not soak.

Digital Products

  • Digital items are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
  • Files should be downloaded and saved immediately after purchase.
  • No physical product will be shipped for digital items.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

All stretch-style pieces are strung on strong, flexible stretch cord for comfort and ease of wear. Materials are chosen intentionally to support both visual impact and everyday practicality, allowing each design to feel expressive, polished, and wearable.

Because many elements are handcrafted, natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the charm—no two pieces are exactly alike.
